Role Overview

• Contacting prospects by phone or via social media
• Outbound calling and handling incoming leads
• Pre-qualifying potential clients based on clear criteria
• Scheduling consultation appointments with our financial advisors
• Close coordination with the sales team

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Experience in telephone sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
• Structured, self-directed way of working
• Confident appearance and good interpersonal judgment
• Reliability, goal orientation, and a positive attitude
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Laptop/PC and internet access for remote work
