About this role
Role Overview
- Work day-to-day in a cross-functional team to build and evolve Spotify’s Ads web applications
- Create intuitive frontend experiences that make complex data easy to understand and act on
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services into scalable user interfaces
- Design and maintain reusable UI components and modern frontend architecture
- Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and usability across applications
- Contribute to technical design, planning, and delivery of scalable solutions
- Share knowledge and contribute to a strong, collaborative frontend engineering culture
Requirements
- You have experience building modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React
- You are comfortable working with APIs such as REST, GraphQL, or gRPC
- You understand how to build accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS
- You know how to handle real-world UI challenges like loading states, pagination, and error handling
- You have experience with testing, debugging, and continuous delivery practices
- You care about performance, usability, and creating high-quality user experiences
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and communicate clearly
- You take ownership of your work, stay curious, and contribute to team success
