Requirements
Experience in commercial controlling and reporting, ideally in the energy, industrial, or SaaS context.
Basic understanding of energy industry topics (e.g., energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potentials).
Strong knowledge of MS Office / MS Teams, particularly PowerPoint (presentations) and ideally Excel (analysis/reporting).
Experience in structured project organization and documentation, e.g., with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
Strong customer focus, empathy, and a reliable, professional demeanor.
High accuracy and reliability in day-to-day operational work.
Strong presentation skills and communication ability — including at management level.
Ability to identify customer challenges early, communicate them clearly internally, and track their resolution.
