Internal collaboration: You work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales to best meet customer expectations and goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS, software, or technology company.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and solid knowledge of sales processes and contract management.
Self-motivation, a solution-oriented mindset, and enjoyment working with cross-functional teams.
