Role Overview
- Design, develop and improve software utilizing various engineering methodologies
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and strategies
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to technology communities
- Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing
Requirements
- Experience in AWS EKS, AWS Cloud services (MSK, OpenSearch)
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Good experience with GitLab pipelines, Jenkins, Nexus, and CI/CD
- Good scripting experience (Shell, Chef/Ansible IaC)
- Demonstrated experience in PEGA PRPC Administration (versions 24.1.4/25/26)
- Experience with Pega Deployment Manager using CI/CD
- Good troubleshooting, JVM, RDBMS tuning and platform administration (Tomcat)
