As an HR Business Partner, you are the primary point of contact for your business units on all HR matters and provide comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle – from talent acquisition and development to offboarding.
You shape the candidate journey – from approaching potential talent to successfully integrating new team members.
You use modern recruiting methods such as Active Sourcing, conduct interviews, and support the entire selection process.
You ensure that new employees go through a structured and professional onboarding.
You support our performance feedback conversations and assist team leads in deriving development measures for their employees.
With creative ideas, you contribute to the ongoing development of existing formats such as regular 1:1s and feedback rounds.
At the same time, you advise and support employees to promote their professional development and to organize training offerings efficiently.
You are responsible for maintaining our digital personnel files and ensuring HR documents are always up to date and complete. In addition, you optimize existing HR processes and drive digitalization in the HR area.
You take care of preliminary payroll tasks and ensure that all relevant data is processed accurately and on time.
Requirements
You have already gained solid professional experience in Human Resources – either in a general HR role or with a focus on recruiting or personnel development – and want to deepen your expertise.
Ideally, you have experience working in an IT
or technology-oriented company and understand the requirements of dynamic, growing teams.
You have either completed a commercial vocational qualification (e.g., Personnel Services Clerk) or hold a degree with a focus on HR – or can demonstrate a comparable qualification.
You bring strong organizational skills, work in a structured way, and enjoy making processes more efficient as well as introducing new standards.
Your excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to operate confidently in your area of responsibility.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, keep an overview even with shifting priorities, and approach new tasks with a solution-oriented mindset.
As a real team player, you support team leads and employees at every step of the employee lifecycle and ensure that HR-related matters are comprehensively managed.
You succeed in collaborating with different departments and in building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
