About this role
Role Overview
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Own the team’s forecast accuracy and quota attainment.
Drive the execution of Clara’s outbound sales process.
Partner with CommercialOps and Marketing to refine messaging.
Foster a culture of extreme ownership and accountability.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
Background in Fintech, Banking or SaaS within the Mexican market.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Expertise in pipeline management and forecasting using Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to fast-changing, high-growth environments.
