Professional experience in engineering, product development, or turbine performance optimization—preferably in wind energy or similar industries
Strong understanding of electrical systems and software‑driven control concepts
Experience with data analysis and validation of technical concepts
Ability to convert technical requirements into customer‑ready service products
Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments
Strong communication skills and proactive problem‑solving
