You identify high-potential companies, spark interest in our product, and lay the groundwork for long-term customer relationships
You find the right contacts, build targeted relationships, and introduce our product using creative, personalized outreach (calls, social selling, emails)
You spot promising business opportunities, qualify leads, and ensure a steady deal flow
You understand the challenges of our target audience and demonstrate how our product can transform their processes
You optimize your workflow and drive data-driven sales with modern tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Make, Clay)
Your insights from customer conversations help us improve — in product, pitch, and the overall sales process
You work closely with our Account Executives to turn your qualified leads into closed deals
Requirements
Ideally, you have 1–2 years of experience in a sales role at a SaaS company, a startup, or an agile tech/e-commerce environment
We’re also open to curious and motivated candidates from customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or recruiting
You enjoy tackling challenges, continuously improving, and testing new sales techniques
You take a data-driven approach to your outbound strategies, optimize your outreach processes, and steadily improve your conversion rates
Initial experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and confident Excel skills will help you manage your sales pipeline smartly
You are a strong communicator (verbal and written), persuasive and persistent without being pushy
You understand that sales is a team sport — together we push each other to new highs
You speak German at an expert level (C2) and can communicate confidently in English (at least B2)
