About this role
Role Overview
Empower every team member to execute a sophisticated, multi-touch approach that combines prospecting and nurturing activities. You will spend approximately 80% of your time with your team and in the field.
Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing BDRs with an enterprise mindset, ensuring clear, progressive career paths.
Define goals and strategy for the Executive Programme alongside the Executive Programme Owner to run executive-level engagement initiatives (C-suite outreach, executive events, bespoke content) to build relationships with senior stakeholders in target accounts.
Partner closely with Customer Marketing to align on ABM campaigns, nurture tracks, and content strategies that complement outbound prospecting efforts.
Collaborate with Sales Operations to maximize team efficiency (tooling, sequencing, account prioritization, performance monitoring).
Work directly with the Business Segment Lead and Enterprise Sales team leads to articulate the enterprise go-to-market approach and create synergies across business lines and geographies.
Requirements
Strong background in B2B sales; experience in enterprise segments is highly valued.
Hands-on experience as a Business Development Representative or in an equivalent role.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales team leadership and coaching.
Proven track record in sales within demanding environments (complex problem-solving and decision processes in highly competitive markets).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty.
Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or above) and advanced proficiency in English.
Strong analytical skills.
Fast learner with a desire to make an impact from day one.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area.
