About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring new clients
Establish and develop a network of specialized dealers/resellers
Ensure achievement of sales/revenue targets within your sales territory
Continuously analyze revenue and profitability potential
Develop targeted optimization initiatives
Maintain and develop long-term commercial and partnership relationships
Actively identify new business opportunities
Conduct customer training sessions
Inform prospective customers about new product developments and present the product portfolio convincingly
Report regularly to the KRESS Switzerland Sales Manager
Requirements
At least three years of proven success in sales
Ability to apply technical expertise in a targeted manner
Knowledge of motorized machinery and municipal equipment
Strong commercial orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
Structured, flexible and conscientious, able to handle demanding situations effectively
Excellent German (at least C1) and good knowledge of French
High availability for travel
Valid work authorization for Switzerland — or meet the requirements to obtain one
