Role Overview
- Reconcile receipts with issued invoices
- Identify receipts/payments without automatically generated invoices
- Support the issuance and correction of invoices
- Update billing controls and spreadsheets
- Locate and share invoices with internal departments
- Assist with supplier invoice acceptance in the system
- Organize and categorize fiscal and accounting documents
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields);
- Availability for an internship contract of at least 1 year.
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Not required but a plus: basic computer skills, such as basic Excel proficiency;
