Support in the strategic and operational planning for onboarding our software products with customers
Develop solutions to train customers in using our products and to integrate our software
Further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success team (expansion of the ticketing system, training plans/materials, knowledge base, FAQs, etc.)
Communicate and coordinate customer requests with our product team
Assist in training user groups at customer sites
Requirements
Student in Engineering, Business Administration, (Project) Management, Communication, Business Analytics, Consulting, Sales or a similar field / relevant professional experience
Initial experience with agile project management and the Scrum framework / project management software
Desire to excite customers about innovative AI software and to help shape related projects
Independent and organized work style with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% (within Germany and Europe)
Very good German and English skills (intercultural competence)
