The Director of Customer Success will architect and lead the Customer Success function, focusing on engagement strategies for consumers and creators while driving growth and retention metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Build the Customer Success Engine
- Design the system that powers the entire ecosystem
- Architect segmentation across consumers, creators, and enterprise
- Build onboarding journeys that drive instant activation and long-term loyalty
- Define and own the core metrics: activation, engagement, retention, expansion
- Implement scalable systems (HubSpot, analytics, automation)
- Develop predictive health scoring and churn prevention models
- Launch world-class onboarding for creators
- Help them monetize their AI (subscriptions, pricing, content strategies)
- Optimize conversion, engagement, and revenue growth
- Support high-profile creators and strategic talent
- Design pathways from individual creators → enterprise opportunities
- Own onboarding for media companies, institutions, and enterprise clients
- Oversee data ingestion, AI model setup, and deployment workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, AI, Legal, and Partnerships
- Drive renewals, expansion, and enterprise NRR
- Establish executive-level reporting and QBR frameworks
- Define time-to-value and activation milestones
- Analyze engagement depth and monetization triggers
- Identify churn before it happens and intervene intelligently
- Feed real user behavior directly into product evolution
- Ensure IP ownership and protection across all deployments
- Align with SOC2 and enterprise-grade data governance
- Build escalation frameworks for trust, safety, and platform integrity
