Role Overview
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- Identify patterns and behaviors in the data.
- Turn data into actionable insights to improve performance.
- Monitor operational indicators and build analyses for action plans.
- Ensure automated Python routines are running correctly.
- Perform maintenance to ensure continuity of processes.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Work with SQL extractions and analyze data stored in GCP.
- Identify operational risks and issues through data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the area’s processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- SQL for data extraction.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Experience with Power BI, especially dashboard maintenance.
- Knowledge of Python, with the ability to understand and support existing routines (APIs, automations, bulk processes/dispatches, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying patterns.
- Analytical and organized profile.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ease interacting with different areas.
- Proactivity to investigate issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- Genuine interest in learning and developing technical skills.
