Lead & Scale a Sales Team: Manage and coach a team of 10–12 outbound phone reps focused on generating and closing B2B opportunities
Drive Revenue Growth: Own team performance against pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Develop Sales Talent: Provide ongoing coaching on prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. This will also require being involved in closing deals and engaging on the phone when needed.
Refine Outbound Strategy: Partner with leadership to optimize targeting, messaging, cadences, and sales playbooks
Build Pipeline Discipline: Ensure consistent activity levels across calls, emails, and follow-ups to drive predictable pipeline
Analyze Performance: Track KPIs, evaluate funnel metrics, and use data to improve individual and team performance
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other departments to accelerate and enhance the customer experience

Requirements
B2B Sales Leadership Experience: Proven success managing outbound or inside sales teams, ideally selling into retail, wholesale, or multi-location businesses
Strong Closer Mentality: Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
Coaching & Development Skills: Ability to elevate team performance through hands-on coaching and structured feedback
Prospecting Expertise: Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies including cold calling, email sequencing, and pipeline building
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing sales metrics, CRM data, and performance dashboards to drive decisions
Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), dialers, and sales engagement tools
Adaptability & Grit: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Responds effectively to probing questions and can suggest and implement improvements quickly.
