Requirements
You are studying business psychology, business administration (BWL), communications, or a comparable program — preferably with a focus on HR/people or marketing.
You work in a structured way, are proactive, and approach tasks analytically and solution-oriented.
You are eager to learn new topics and actively contribute to projects.
You have an interest in digital tools and processes — you are happy to use AI applications like ChatGPT or will learn to use them with us.
You present yourself reliably and openly and enjoy professional collaboration.
You are proficient in common MS Office programs.
