About this role
Role Overview
Advise clients on appropriate logistical and technological solutions
Configure and customize systems according to project-specific requirements
Test custom developments as well as the entire end-to-end process chain
Analyze existing client processes and identify optimization potential
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and system presentations in German and English
Coordinate the integration of TMS/WMS into existing ERP or third-party systems
Requirements
Vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk or an equivalent commercial qualification with a focus on logistics
Comprehensive understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transport processes
Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%
Strong consulting skills
Strong analytical thinking and excellent process understanding
Training experience and solid instructional/didactic skills
German: at least C1 level
English: at least B2 level
