Planning, execution and reporting the annual marketing activity calendar
Adaptation and preparation of the international marketing assets (digital contents, POS tools, graphics)
Controlling and reporting of the marketing budgets
Alignment of the Sales team on the annual marketing plans
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and projects across paid media (such as Google, TikTok, Meta, and other relevant digital channels) and email newsletters
Responsible for obtaining and managing all relevant seasonal content from the brand
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Coordination of eventual external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of high-quality content
Preparation of reporting decks adhering to Diadem’s guidelines
Prepare digital content (banner, ads etc.) adhering to Diadem’s guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in trade/digital marketing
Hands-on experience in events marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding and passion for sport business, especially racket sports (tennis, padel tennis, etc.)
First experience in sporting good/ fashion/marketing industry is an advantage
Very good English skills
A people person, natural at building new relationships
Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma for quick graphics; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign nice to have
