About this role
Role Overview
Establish clear, detailed roadmaps aligned with the company's scope and goals;
Conduct market research and benchmarking, and perform user testing to validate new features and product improvements;
Prioritize and manage the roadmap for new product initiatives, ensuring execution aligned with the company's long-term vision;
Research, conduct, and analyze user studies to identify needs and propose innovative solutions;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the product's proper operation and evolution, and alignment with operations;
Maintain ongoing interactions with key product users, collecting feedback and adjusting development as needed;
Ensure collection and analysis of relevant data to support strategic decisions and optimize product performance;
Implement integrated solutions to ensure the product meets operational and business needs, considering systemic impacts and critical points;
Manage a financial product developed by a third-party partner, ensuring alignment between vendor deliveries and the company's strategic needs;
Monitor and validate technical and functional deliveries with the partner responsible for development, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to financial sector regulations;
Manage communication and prioritization of requests with the external partner, ensuring visibility, governance, and continuous product evolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in managing agile products;
Solid experience in roles such as Product Owner or Product Manager in the development of financial products;
Leadership;
Ability to influence;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
