Independent acquisition of strategically relevant clients, in particular hospitals, hospital groups and medical care centers (MVZs), and expansion of our healthcare network across the DACH region.
Autonomous management of the entire sales process – from needs assessment to closing.
Revenue responsibility for defined segments, regions and products.
CRM maintenance, KPI-driven work and reporting (pipeline and forecast management).
Understanding of the healthcare market and analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Participation in trade fairs, industry events and client meetings to strengthen our market presence and build a sustainable expert network.
Close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success teams to incorporate customer feedback, market requirements and innovations into our solutions.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales (services and/or SaaS) within the healthcare or clinical environment.
Confident presence and persuasive ability with decision-makers at C-level and other senior stakeholders (e.g. chief physicians, head of IT, commercial and medical directors).
Proven success in building and expanding customer relationships.
Strong closing ability for complex, multi-stage deals and long sales cycles.
Ability to recognize complex customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions.
Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style.
Solid understanding of clinic and hospital processes, stakeholders and decision-making workflows, combined with a strong technical affinity.
