Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analysis, International Business or related fields such as Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Global Trade/Commerce, and Management Science.
2 years or more experience in one or more procurement areas, including Direct, Indirect, or Transformative Sourcing.
1 year or more of hands-on experience using Smartsheet
Six Sigma Green Belt
1 year or more of hands-on experience with DMAIC Methodology
1 year or more of hands-on -experience with process mapping, cause-and-effect diagrams, and basic statistical analysis to identify and address process inefficiencies.
Understanding of a clear, fact-based view of Sourcing and Procurement organizational structure, role clarity, decision rights, and where misalignment or duplication exists.
Demonstrates the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively and poses critical, thought-provoking questions.
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Ability and understanding to forecast and trend hard savings, cost avoidance, rebates, and all other financial impact metrics related to Sourcing negotiations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings with Finance and Sourcing Category Teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical skills and ability to learn statistical techniques and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate business problems into AI-supported solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
