Act as Scrum Master and Product Owner for the area’s initiatives.
Structure and organize the backlog across workstreams.
Support leadership in defining priorities.
Ensure execution of agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily stand-up).
Monitor delivery progress and remove impediments.
Consolidate information and provide visibility into the status of initiatives.
Prepare executive materials (status reports, presentations, roadmap views).
Support the organization and communication of the area’s strategies.
Ensure alignment across different workstreams and teams.
Define and maintain monitoring indicators (progress, deliveries, capacity).
Support the definition and evolution of the area’s operating model.
Act as a facilitator between technical teams, product, and leadership.
Help translate technical initiatives into clear messages for executives.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience working as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing initiatives.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
Knowledge of or experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Ability to organize and structure multiple workstreams.
Experience producing executive materials (presentations, reports, status updates).
Ability to consolidate information and create clear progress views.
Experience in technology environments is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multiple organizational levels.
Ability to translate technical topics into executive-level language.
Organized, structured, and results-oriented profile.
Experience with management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience with presentation and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Miro).
