Role Overview
- Will join a 24x7 NOC operations team for a major financial client, working with multiple network and security technologies, incident management, and execution of GMUD (change implementation).
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Degree in networking or equivalent field
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Networks/NOC
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with monitoring
- ITIL methodology
- Firewall rule application, configuration, and administration
- Intermediate English
