Proven experience with strong regulatory expertise in SREP, including Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), ICAAP, ILAAP, and internal governance frameworks.
Proven ability to manage complex regulatory projects with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in aligning regulatory requirements, particularly SREP and RRP, and responding effectively to evolving prudential regulations.
Strong capability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse audiences and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
