Lead end-to-end implementations for large partners and health plans, serving as the primary operational contact during onboarding
Translate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables; drive execution across internal and external teams
Oversee technical and operational launch requirements, including eligibility validation, data integration workflows, marketing readiness, and client configuration
Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and ensure launches stay on track.
Contribute to continuous improvement by refining implementation processes, tools, and partner playbooks.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations ideally with digital health companies growing through PBM or health plan partnerships or health plans
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills, especially with operational and mid-senior leaders
Technical and operational fluency in areas like data exchange, eligibility workflows, or healthcare integration
Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes independently
