Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers
Drive operational excellence, client value, and innovation by embedding AI-driven solutions
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Act as the central POC for IAS’s largest clients
Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools
Set and track efficiency KPIs
Oversee delivery of technical guidance and recommendations
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science
Lead enablement sessions for clients
Standardize and document best practices
Support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered tools

5+ years in technical client success, solutions engineering, or platform operations
2 years in a people management role
Experience leading SE or TAM teams in a SaaS, AdTech, or data-driven organization
Strong understanding of ad verification and digital media ecosystems preferred
Demonstrated success deploying or managing AI/automation solutions
Strategic mindset with the ability to set a vision and lead teams
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and business intelligence/AI platforms
BA/BS required; technical degree or advanced certifications a plus
