Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the development of Project plan(s) to support functional areas or workstreams
• Closely and proactively monitor the execution of the project plans and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the program milestones, company milestones, and objectives
• Anticipate potential risks and problems (e.g. resource bottlenecks, risks to critical milestones, inefficient processes) and proactively develop risk mitigation plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project/program management roles in the pharma/biotech industry
• Experience in late phase development organizations
• Experience with NDA submissions is preferable
• Familiarity of working with clinical trials from a project/program management stance
