- Provide operational support and perform specialized transactions for Payments & Deposit Operations
- Communicate with internal partners and assist external customers as needed
- Identify and resolve issues while adhering to service level agreements
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Customer accountabilities include executing complex transactions and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
- Knowledge of internal and industry regulations and trends
