In this position you will further develop marketing at socialPALS—shifting from classic B2B communications toward a strategic growth function.
You will work closely with Product, Sales and Executive Management and take responsibility for core topics around product communication, go-to-market strategies, content, sales enablement activities and the development of our marketing channels.
A particular focus is on communicating the evolution of our platform, successfully launching new products, features and pricing models, and supporting our sales team in targeting new customers.
Product Marketing & Positioning
Further develop our product marketing for our B2B SaaS platform
Create clear positioning, messaging and communication approaches for different target groups
Plan and execute go-to-market activities for new products, features and strategic initiatives
Monitor market, competitors and trends in the B2B SaaS environment
Product Communication & Platform Development
Communicate major platform and product developments
Support product launches, new features and larger platform changes
Develop clear communication approaches for complex digital products
Customer Journey & User Activation
Develop measures to activate, retain and grow different user groups along the customer journey
Support communication of new offering and usage models for retailers and brands
Develop content and communication formats to drive adoption and usage of our platform
Sales Enablement
Work closely with Sales on sales-enabling marketing activities
Create and refine sales and marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, one-pagers, talking points and campaign content
Support outbound activities and direct outreach with audience-specific content
Prepare structured use cases, industry argumentation and customer references
Growth & Performance Marketing
Plan and implement targeted performance and demand-generation measures to support lead generation and brand awareness
Manage and optimize campaigns on relevant platforms, especially LinkedIn
Analyze and continuously improve campaign performance across relevant marketing and sales KPIs
Align closely with Sales to develop effective marketing activities for defined target industries and accounts
Further develop our website, blog as well as our LinkedIn and communication channels
Data-driven Marketing & AI
Build a data-driven, AI-supported marketing approach to scale content, campaigns and processes
Leverage modern marketing tools and technologies to continuously improve our marketing work.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS, platform or tech environment
Experience in product marketing, growth marketing or a comparable role
Good understanding of go-to-market strategies, digital customer journeys and audience-specific communication
Experience supporting product launches or larger communication projects
Experience working closely with sales teams and a solid understanding of sales-enabling marketing measures
Practical experience with LinkedIn (organic and ads)
Ideally you also have experience with HubSpot CRM or comparable marketing and CRM systems
B2B content strategies as well as marketing and sales collateral
Additionally, you demonstrate analytical thinking and a strong sense for target groups and positioning
Interest in modern marketing technologies and AI-driven workflows
A structured, independent and execution-oriented working style
Fluent German and English.
