Role Overview
Lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, from understanding business needs and developing strategy through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.
Act as a trusted marketing partner to cross‑functional teams, translating business goals into clear and actionable marketing plans.
Lead multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy, setting direction, handling timelines, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Collaborate with external creative agency partners to deliver high‑quality creative, media, and digital solutions across channels.
Requirements
Related university degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field along with 6+ directly related experience
Experience leading and managing creative agency relationships
Proven project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strategic and structured approach, with the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, balancing creativity with data‑driven insights
Experience influencing without formal authority and working effectively with senior leaders
