Working Student, Growth & Business Development

Role Overview

• Support in identifying new market and business opportunities
• Research target industries, competitors, and potential partners
• Prepare presentation and proposal materials together with the Business & Sales team
• Maintain and expand our CRM database and analyze initial key metrics
• Attend meetings with prospects and contribute to sales projects
• Assist with digital marketing activities (e.g., newsletters, social media, events)

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Digital Business or a related field
• Some practical experience in (business) development, sales, or marketing
• Interest in software and technology topics and curiosity about digitalization
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and good communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
• High self-motivation and enthusiasm to help shape a growing team
