Role Overview
leading and managing business development activities

plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, and events
develop and manage event schedules, budgets, and logistics
ensure marketing materials are effectively presented and distributed during events
track and analyze leads generated through tradeshows and report on ROI
conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs
maintain and update a comprehensive database of competitor information
develop and manage budgets for business development activities and projects
monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines
provide regular budget reports and analysis to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant business development experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related business development experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related business development experience
Active U.S. Secret security clearance
Proven experience in tradeshow organization, competitive intelligence, and budget management
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
