Lead the day-to-day planning activities for all raw materials supporting global manufacturing operations
Drive alignment to long term strategic roadmap for raw materials ensuring that supplier capacity is aligned to growth plans
Responsible for raw material forecasting and inventory management
Define and report on supplier production plans to ensure raw material supply meets Insulet’s growth objectives
Manage and resolve all component availability issues that may impact target inventory levels or production requirements
Develop and leverage all demand and supply analytic tools

BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
MBA preferred, but not required
10+ years prior supply chain management experience
Experience in managing/leading team of people, and ability to change dynamic work environment a plus
Ability to work effectively with vendors, finance, marketing, R&D, packaging, and manufacturing teams
