Serve as a strategic compensation partner for assigned business units across EMEA and APJ, providing consultative guidance within established philosophy and governance
Collaborate closely with HRBPs to support hiring, promotions, performance-based pay decisions, and organizational changes ensuring alignment with global governance and local market dynamics
Escalate complex or high-risk decisions appropriately, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
Lead global and regional implementation of compensation initiatives (e.g., pay transparency, job leveling, equity assessments) within defined scope
Ensure disciplined application of pay-for-performance practices across regions, reinforcing accountability and consistency
Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring forward recommendations to scale programs
Lead and develop assigned team members while supporting broader team capability and consistency
Actively contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Compensation team
Share knowledge, standardize practices, and reinforce consistency across business units
Requirements
6–10+ years of progressive compensation experience including a minimum of 2 years prior management experience.
