Support the development and implementation of engagement strategies with state and non-state actors for joint programming and funding opportunities for WHO at the Regional level.
Conduct research on existing and potential partners.
Initiate mapping of prospective donors.
Support liaison with existing and prospective partners to strengthen relationships and ensure effective donor stewardship.
Collaborate with technical teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment of proposals with programmatic priorities and donor expectations.
Assist the WPRO Health Emergencies Programme in developing communication strategies and crafting tailored messaging and materials.
Requirements
First university degree in International Relations, Political Science, Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Financial Management, or Public/Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience at the national and/or international level in public/external relations, advocacy, partnerships, resource mobilization, and/or grants management.
Expert level in English (read – write
speak).
Desirable: Expert level in Mandarin (read-write-speak).
