Coordinate closely with International Client Solutions (ICS), Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Global Portfolio Strategy & Solutions (GPSS) teams to support Latin America initiatives
Support seamless fund onboarding, product launches, and distributor enablement through effective coordination across internal teams and third parties
Support regulatory, compliance, and due diligence processes for Latin America Offshore distributors and investors
Assist with the preparation of summaries, talking points, and internal briefing materials for senior team members and leadership
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for inbound distributor and investor requests
Support sales reporting and trade reconciliation for offshore funds
Assist with recurring sales reporting, analytics, and internal performance tracking across Latin America and US Offshore channels
Maintain CRM systems for Latin America home office and advisor contacts
Support broader CRM and Salesforce initiatives
Requirements
1–3 years of experience, preferably within an alternative/traditional asset manager, investment bank, or management consulting firm
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred
Interest in building a long‑term career within private markets and wealth distribution
Series 7 and Series 63, preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred but not required
