Requirements
10+ years in B2B commercial roles with at least 5 years in sales or marketing leadership
Experience in hardware, pro AV, EdTech, or technical products sold through long sales cycles is strongly preferred.
You've built commercial functions, not just inherited them.
You have created marketing and lead generation programs that deliver systematic, qualified leads for the sales team.
