Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs relevant to all Business Markets teams.
Maintains online learning program to facilitate training programs and adhere to a curriculum within a hybrid working environment.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of all training and development programs.
Participate in projects identified for process improvement and enhancement.

2-3 years of related experience
Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes related to large commercial sales organizations
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment including mix of virtual and live presentations
Strong project management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines and achieve assigned metrics
Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time
