About this role
Role Overview
Plan and execute culture-first marketing and influencer initiatives for Tinder Thailand
Develop and deliver localized social and digital content
Identify and manage brand partnership opportunities
Translate Thai Gen Z and millennial culture insights into campaign concepts
Provide project support on high-priority initiatives as requested
Manage timelines, budgets, reporting, and campaign documentation
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles
Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials
A social native with strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and ideas that engage
Experience with influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working across creative and operational tasks
Data-aware and able to support campaign reporting
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to test ideas
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools
Eligibility: Thai citizens or foreign nationals with valid authorization in Thailand
