Lead end-to-end onboarding for customers of all sizes, following Planday’s onboarding playbook and best practices.
Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely delivery, clear expectation setting, and strong adoption.
Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and long-term success.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure customers go live successfully and on time.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes and systems.
Continuously develop product, market, and industry knowledge.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Planday’s values, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.

Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills across multiple customer journeys.
Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Confidence using CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
A proactive, self-driven approach with an open mindset and willingness to take initiative.
High professionalism, integrity, and collaborative spirit.
Danish speaking is essential for this role.
