Role Overview
- Facilitate ITOM-focused discovery workshops
- Define and communicate a clear ITOM vision
- Own and manage the ITOM product backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies
- Act as a strategic advisor to optimize IT operations
- Lead sprint planning and reviews
- Analyze existing infrastructure and operational processes
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 5–7 years of ServiceNow experience
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in ITOM implementations
- 3–5 years of client-facing experience
- Strong understanding of infrastructure environments
- Proven experience with CMDB design, data modeling, and data quality management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principles
