Working Student, Teaching Assistant Payroll / Payroll Accounting

Role Overview

• Support participants with organizational and content-related questions
• Assist with practical tasks related to payroll accounting, payroll processing and payroll-related processes
• Provide guidance throughout the learning process and motivate participants
• Help make technical content understandable
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and forward feedback to instructors.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Law or a related field
• Initial exposure to payroll, payroll processing or personnel administration is an advantage
• Good basic understanding of or strong interest in payroll-related topics such as wage tax, social security and administrative HR processes
• Ability to explain content clearly and to engage with a variety of learners
• Confident and friendly command of the German language
• Able to work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• Digitally literate and enjoy learning new software tools and platforms.
