About this role
Role Overview
You prioritize, analyze, and resolve incidents in customer environments as part of the incident management process
You coordinate changes and actively contribute to the ongoing development of the support function and the optimization of the user experience
You are responsible for documenting systems and configurations
You take on on-call shifts to ensure the best possible customer support
You assist customers with additional questions regarding the operation and configuration of our software
You work closely with our product development and infrastructure teams
You are responsible for the management, monitoring, and optimization of our SaaS environments in staging and production clusters
Requirements
Degree or specialized training in computer science or a comparable qualification
Ideally, basic IT knowledge of Linux, networking, and an understanding of REST API interfaces
Ideally familiar with Kubernetes environments
Experience working with YAML files
Experience with dashboard/analytics tools such as Grafana
Experience in log analysis using observability platforms such as OpenSearch, Kibana, or comparable tools
Good German skills are a plus; excellent English skills are required
