About this role
Role Overview
Owning and executing the regional sales strategy to deliver revenue and margin targets
Managing and growing a high‑performing channel partner network
Leading complex sales opportunities from qualification to order intake
Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
Building strong relationships with partners, customers, and key stakeholders
Collaborating cross‑functionally to support deal execution and market growth
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in technical B2B sales
Background in water treatment / UV disinfection is strongly preferred.
Proven experience selling through channel partner / distributor models
Experience managing complex, long‑cycle sales processes
Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
Availability to travel around 50% of the time
