Role Overview
- Assist with Architectural Design work from concept design through construction documentation for projects requiring interface and collaboration with senior architectural staff and engineering disciplines
- Prepare architectural drawings, utilizes a strong knowledge of building technology; and/or supervises their execution for all phases of a project
- Prepare and manage cover sheets, drawing lists, and general sheets for a project
- Prepare code data drawings with direction from the Lead Architect
- Prepare project drawing package including plan, sections, elevations and schedules
- Ensure conformance with STV or client standards, established architectural practices, and technical adequacy of design and construction
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong Proficiency with BIM / Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite are required
- AutoCadd, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape and Vray rendering skills are a plus
- Excellent technical design capabilities and strong verbal and visual communication skills, along with a strong capacity for generating technical details that are coordinated and constructible
- With our Federal work we will need a US Citizen in order to qualify for the position
