Establish governance mechanisms to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards and reference models.
Support portfolios in defining requirements and solution scenarios.
Support impact, dependency and risk analysis.

Support the management and development of human capabilities.

Work closely with and provide hands-on management to direct reports.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with solid team management experience.
At least ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of five (5) years managing teams.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects, including implementing foundational/structuring practices.
Good knowledge of project management.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
