Role Overview

• Provide support on pre
• and post-contractual administration & management
• Manage claims and risk modeling activities to support contracts or projects
• Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
• Act as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Project / Program Management or Service Leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels in an organization
