About this role
Role Overview
Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials (On Premise release 12) including Projects (billing, revenue, capital), Oracle Time and Labor, Payables, Assets, Receivables, E-Business Tax, Project Contracts, Human Resources and General Ledger modules
Support business community.
Analyzes issues.
Defines and writes requirements for solutions.
Serves as a liaison between business and IT department
Loads data, supports interfaces, configuration, system customizations, patching/upgrades, testing, and training as needed
Write SQL queries against Oracle database.
Understanding of Oracle tables.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant finance experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years related finance experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of related finance experience
Experience with transactional accounting and billing experience in a Federal Government contractor environment
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to work autonomously
Experience with reporting tools such as Power Bi and/or Qlik
Experience with Concur Travel and Expense software
