About this role
Role Overview
You are the first and primary point of contact for our customers after contracts are signed by our sales team
Onboarding new customers via online meetings is one of your main responsibilities
You provide excellent support to new and existing customers, helping to maintain a retention rate above 75%
Whether a customer doesn't fully complete their profile, fails to log in, or shows insufficient interaction with buyers on the platform — you help!
Requirements
Strong customer-service mindset and high empathy for customers
You're an outgoing personality; you enjoy phone calls and online meetings — communication is your strength
Experience in customer support, customer communication, and a good head for numbers
Excellent German skills are required; very good English skills are important
Digital affinity and solid MS Office skills; nice to have: experience with a CRM system.
